A creamy soft cow's milk cheese. Our ricotta is made in-house weekly by Chef Gianluca using our own recipe.

We recommend it with baked pasta or lasagna, dolloped on fresh-baked pizza, with one of our homemade jams, or fresh by the spoonful.
