Parmigiano Reggiano Soufflé

- garnished with a brunoise of pickled vegetables and drizzled with aged Balsamic.

Main Course

Agnolotti del Plin

- Pasta stuffed with a trio of minced meats (Veal, Rabbit, Pork) sauced with a Roasted Demi Glace.

 Dessert Course

Bonet astigiano

- A soft, rich dessert of chocolate, caramel and crushed amaretti from Piedmont (traditionally served during the colder months of the year).



            • Two to three Italian wines will be recommended but not required to purchase.    
• To pair with the dessert, a two ounce pour of Barolo Chinato — an aromatised wine — made by adding a maceration of herbs, spices, and orange quinine to Barolo DOCG.
