This Brasilian coffee is a natural Arabica coffee, grown in the Cerrado area, west of San Paolo, in a hill-country, called Montecarmelo.
Here, at 700 m of altitude, the sandy soil gives a smaller yield at harvest and a high quality result.
It rains very rarely. The coffee grows and mellows sound with a perfect desiccation. It has a splendid appearance. In the cup is the scent of fresh nuts and honey.
This is extraordinary being a Santos: it has a full body and good acidity. It is sweet and chocolate-like.
