Heat it in a pan with either plain butter or chicken stock, toss with fresh pasta and top with freshly grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese. Use with pasta and rice, chicken, beef, fish, roasted vegetables, eggs, or on a warm crostini. Avoid overheating or the truffle aroma will fade.
