IN THE CELLAR
Obtained from the pre-bottling blending of the Barolo wines of the three winery crù Bergera-Pezzole, Corini-Pallaretta and Bergeisa, in varying proportions depending on the year.Soft pressing and destemming
Maceration of 22 – 35 days
Aging of the individual Barolo wines in small wooden barrels and in larger barrels for a total of 28-32 months, before blending and bottling.
In the most important years, Barolo Le Strette Riserva is produced, prolonging the aging in wood or bottle for two years.
IN THE GLASS
Ruby red color with garnet reflectionIt is rich to the nose in various nuances, sometimes more oriented to small fruits, others to spices, others to floral and vegetable notes.
To the palate it is full-bodied and structured, nervous and elegant, fresh and austere.
