Doce Selecto is 100% natural Arabica that is cultivated in the Cerrado of Brazil to the west of Sao Paulo, in the hilltown of Montecarmelo. Here, 700 meters above sea level, it rains very rarely, allowing the coffee to grow and mature with perfect drying conditions. The sandy soil has a lower yield, but the quality of the beans is unrivalled in its richness.
