Our Turanici line pasta is made from turanicum wheat (triticum turgidum subspecie
turanicum, more commonly known as T. Turanicum) from certified organic
agriculture. This type of wheat grows in the Khorasan region (northeastern Iran) and also in Italy, but nowadays it has been forgotten.
Mancini Pasta--"The Estate Pasta." At Mancini Pastificio Agricolo, the pasta is produced exclusively with durum wheat grown and harvested in the fields in the heart of Le Marche region of Italy. The wheat is only harvested in the summer, resulting in a seasonal product reflective of each year's agricultural conditions.
