TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow in color, with light golden hues. A classic Ribolla Gialla, offering textbook aromas of citrus, freshly cut hay, Golden Delicious apple and acacia flowers. Gently mineral on the palate, with a refreshing acidity, medium-body and pleasantly dry finish.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal with fish crudo and seafood.
ABOUT THE WINERY: Oslavia is a tiny village in the far-eastern foothills of the Collio. With their vineyards bordering Slovenia it is here that the Primosic family has been living, farming and making wine since the end of the 19th century.
