Whole smoked red peppercorns from Malaysia
Rosso Scuro Diamante peppers are picked in the Sarikei Gardens in the Sarawak area of Malaysia. After having been dried in pressure cookers, those peppercorns are smoked using the branches of mango and pepper trees, then dried for 14 hours at 180 degrees in a rudimentary oven. The entire process, which is carried out in Malaysia exclusively by Mr. Siew, is completed within 24 hours of collection and is unprecedented anywhere in the world.
