A green-skinned grape variety originating from the Bordeaux region in France. The name probably derives from the French word “sauvage”, meaning wild, and referring to its early origins in south-west France.
Golden yellow in color , Sauvignon Blanc has a very fine conventional array of aromas that reveals notes of sage , paprika and tomato leaves. It is a wine of great structure balanced by excellent acidity.
