The Oltrepo Pavese Metodo Classico Brut Rose Cruase of the Mazzolino Estate comes from the province of Pavia in Lombardia. It is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 C. The second fermentation takes place by re-fermentation in the bottle, according to the classic method, with aging of at least 18 months on its lees. The Cruasé of Tenuta Mazzolino is characterized by an unpolished salmon pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it is fresh and soft, pleasantly delicate and balanced. Perfect to serve fresh as an apéritif.
