The name TIMUR is reived from the ethnic groups living in the tropical forest region of Tarãi in Nepgal. This pepper is the result of a difficult and slow harvest of well-ripened dark red fruits off their thorny plants. Naturally dried, this pepper is easy to grind using any pepper mill.
